2. We can finish all kinds of rough machining, such as turning and boring.

3. We have rich forging experience and heat treatment experience in material 18CrNiMo7-6 and 34CrNiMo6.

4. Gear forging max diameter 5000mm.

5. Our gear forgings have been used in wind turbine generator gearbox, rolling mill gearbox and other heavy equipment gearbox.

6. We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic test, magnetic particle test, etc.

7. All of the ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnace. We can choose ESR raw material according to customers' requirements.
