    We can supply all kinds of ship forgings, including propeller shaft forging, tail shaft forging, intermediate shaft forging, coupling forging, ship gearbox forging, etc.

Our factory has 1500Mt open die hydraulic press, 2000Mt open die hydraulic press, 3150 Mt open die hydraulic press, 6000Mt open die hydraulic press, 12-meter deep shaft heat treatment furnace. Our factory has more than 20 years' forging experience and rich experience in all kinds of ship forgings and heat treatment.

    We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic test, magnetic particle test, etc.

    All of the ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnace. We can choose ESR raw material according to customers' requirements.

    Our factory has been approved by CCS, BV, GL, DNV, ABS, LR, etc.
