1. We can supply all kinds of casting iron gearbox housings. According to customers' requirements we can supply steel fabrication gearbox housing .

2. Our gearbox housings have been used in wind turbine gearbox, rolling mill gearbox, marine gearbox etc, mineral machinery gearbox, etc.

3. According to customers' drawing, we can finish final machining.

4. We have the following advanced machining equipments:

    1) Dia4000mm CNC vertical lathe, dia1250*5000mm horizontal lathe ( C61125E), dia1800*8000mm horizontal lathe

    2) TX6111 ( boring bar dia110mm ) CNC boring and milling machine, TX 6113 C/2 ( boring bar dia130mm ) CNC boring and milling machine, TP 6193 floor type boring and mill machine, CNC frame milling machine ( width 4meters *length 12meters )

    3) CNC frame machining center (width 2500mm *length 4000mm*height 1500mm )
