Detailed Product Description

1. We can supply all kinds of sleeve forgings. The sleeve forging can be used on heavy coupling or large cylinder. Our max forging weight is 40Mt, max sleeve length 6000mm and max sleeve diameter 2000mm. We have rich experience in S355J2G3 material.

2. We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic test, magnetic particle test, etc.

3. All of the ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnace. We can choose ESR raw material according to customers' requirements.

4. According to customers' requirements, we can finish the final machining. We have the following advanced machining equipments:

    1) Dia4000mm CNC vertical lathe, dia1250*5000mm horizontal lathe ( C61125E), dia1800*8000mm horizontal lathe

    2) TX6111 ( boring bar dia110mm ) CNC boring and milling machine, TX 6113 C/2 ( boring bar dia130mm ) CNC boring and milling machine, TP 6193 floor type boring and mill machine, CNC frame milling machine ( width 4meters *length 12meters )

    3) CNC frame machining center (width 2500mm *length 4000mm*height 1500mm )
