We can supply all kinds of ship forgings. The max unit forging is 45Mt and max length 12 meters. Our factory has 1500Mt open die hydraulic press, 2000Mt open die hydraulic press, 3150Mt open die hydraulic press, 6000Mt open die hydraulic press, 12-meter deep shaft heat treatment furnace. Our factory has a variety of advanced processing machines, such as CNC lathes and CNC boring machines. We can supply final machining parts according to customers' requirements.

We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic test, magnetic particle test, etc.

All of the ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnaces. We can choose ESR raw material according to customers' requirements.
