Detailed Product Description

1. We can supply all kinds of roller forgings, including working roller forgings, back-up roller forgings and other rolling mill forgings. Our forging max weight is 40Mt and max length 12 meters. We have dia 2meters*12-meter deep shaft heat treatment furnace and it is the sole heat treatment furnace in East China, which can improve the internal and external quality of the products.

2. We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic test, magnetic particle test, etc.

3. All of the ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnaces. We can choose ESR raw material according to customers' requirements.

4. According to customers' requirements, we can finish the final machining. We have the following advanced machining equipments:

    1) Dia4000mm CNC vertical lathe, dia1250*5000mm horizontal lathe ( C61125E),  dia1800*8000mm horizontal lathe

    2) TX6111 ( boring bar dia110mm ) CNC boring and milling machine, TX 6113 C/2 ( boring bar dia130mm ) CNC boring and milling machine, TP 6193 floor type boring and milling machine, CNC frame milling machine ( width 4meters * length 12meters )

    3) CNC frame machining center (width 2500mm * length 4000mm * height 1500mm )
