We have the following advanced machining equipments:

   1. Dia4000mm CNC vertical lathe, dia1250*5000mm horizontal lathe ( C61125E),

dia1800*8000mm horizontal lathe

   2. TX6111 ( boring bar dia110mm ) CNC boring and milling machine, TX 6113 C/2 ( boring bar dia130mm ) CNC boring and milling machine, TP 6193 floor type boring and milling machine, CNC frame milling machine ( width 4meters * length 12meters )

   3. CNC frame machining center (width 2500mm * length 4000mm * height 1500mm )

We can supply all kinds of heavy forgings. The max unit forging is 45Mt. Our factory has 1500Mt open die hydraulic press, 2000Mt open die hydraulic press, 3150Mt open die hydraulic press, 6000Mt open die hydraulic press, 12-meter deep shaft heat treatment furnace.

We can supply the following forgings:

    1. turbine forging ( wind turbine forging, hydro turbine forging, gas turbine forging, thermal turbine forging )

    2. ship forging ( propeller shaft forging, tail shaft forging, intermediate shaft forging )

We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic test, magnetic particle test, etc.

All of the ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnace. We can choose ESR raw material according to customers' requirements, on this condition all of the mechanical properties can be improved.
