Detailed Product Description

1. We can supply turbine generator main shaft forgings, turbine generator gearbox forgings, including 1.5 MW, 2MW and 3 MW wind turbine generators, hydro turbine generator, gas turbine generator, thermal turbine generator.

2. We can also supply turbine generator casting iron and casting steel.

3. Our factory has 2000Mt, 3150 Mt, 6000Mt open die hydraulic press. The max weight of forging is 45 Mt. Our factory has advanced processing machines, including CNC lathes and CNC boring machines, 12-meter deep shaft heat treatment furnace, etc. We can supply final machined wind turbine shafts. Through long time production, we have rich experience in 34CrNiMo6 and 18CrNiMo6 material and heat treatment.

4. We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic test, magnetic particle test, etc.

5. All of the ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnaces. We can choose ESR raw material according to customers' requirements.
