The construction winch is used in all kinds of construction sites. It can wind ( lift, haul, discharge) all kinds of steel structures or heavy equipments. It can lift at the vertical direction or at horizontal direction or direction of deflection. The construction winch is composed of frame, electric motor, gear reducer, gear, drum, hydraulic brake, wire rope ranging device ( if required ), etc.

We have 4 models of construction winches according to different requirements.

1. JM electric & slow-speed construction winches:

2. JMM high capacity & friction type construction winches:

When the goods require to be hauled at a long distance, customer should choose this type, it has a big rope capacity.

JMM 10: max rope capacity 4800 meters   JMM16: max rope capacity 4000meters

JMM 20: max rope capacity 3600 meters   JMM25:  max rope capacity 3500meters

JMM 32: max rope capacity 3200 meters   JMM40: max rope capacity 1300 meters

JMM 50: max rope capacity 1100 meters   JMM 60: max rope capacity 1500 meters

JMM 80: max rope capacity 1600 meters

3. JKD electric fast speed construction winches:

When the goods require to be hauled at a high speed ( over 20 meters /min ), customer should choose this type, it has a high lifting speed.

JKD 1  10KN  rated speed: 33 meter/min   JKD2   20KN  rated speed: 30 meter/min

JKD3   30KN  rated speed: 30 meter/min   JKD5   50KN  rated speed: 30 meter/min

4. JT electric & timing construction winch:

When the goods require to be hauled at a low speed and high speed, you should choose this type, it has the feature of  frequency conversion and stepless speed regulating. At the same time it has two class braking systems.

The construction winch is composed of frame, drum, gear reducer, gear, converter motor, low speed braking device, high speed braking device, etc.

We choose first-class electric motor, hydraulic motor, hydraulic power unit. We desgin excellent hydraulic braking system and ensure its reliability. Every set of winch would be inspected and tested completely before delivery.
