Our hydraulic cylinders have been used in hydraulic press, hydro engineer project, engineer ship, coal heading machine, tunnel boring machine, coal mill, cement ball mill and so on.
The piston rod is chrome plated and have high hardness, the surface is polished completely, the roughness is max Ra 0.32 um.
The cylinder is honed by Sunnen honing machine. Straightness is about 0.01mm/M, roundness about 0.015mm and roughness about Ra 0.2.
All of the welding workers are ceritified.
All of the finished products pass through hydraulic testing before delivery.
We choose famous seal rings, such as Merkel, Parker, etc.
We choose excellent environmental protection paiting.
We can choose Merkel ( Germany ) or Parker ( U.S.A ) seals.
