3. EY81 Series Former Taker Type Hydraulic Metal Baler

EY81 series Former taker type hydraulic metal baler can squeeze all kinds of metal scraps (steel shavings, scrap steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel as well as scrap vehicle waste, etc.) into rectangular, octagonal shape, cylindrical shape and other qualified charge, which can reduce transportation costs, speed up the furnace speed, lower smelting cost.

6. EY82 Vertical Hydraulic Non-metal baler

EY82 series are widely used not only in loose objects compression packing such as cotton, wool, chemical fiber, cloth, sacks, old clothes, plastic film, hair ball etc, but also applied to the compression for waste paper, waste plastics, beverage bottles, cans, straw, corn cob, peanut shell and so on, which can doubled reduce the volume, suit for container transport, significantly reduce transportation costs, easy to load and unload.

7. EY32 Series 4-Column Hydraulic Press

EY32 series product has 3-Beam & 4-Column structure, it adopts our new hydraulic system, selects European advanced cartridge valve or slide-valve control system while electricity selects PLC centralized control. It can be used as folding machine or forming machine if it is fitted with some suitable moulds, which can press and form the metal material, shape powder product, plastic, glass steel, insulation material, rubber etc. The pressure, speed and stroke can be adjusted according to operation requirements, and it can complete two process approaches: forming and molding.
